I started my business by doing online dating profile photos for mostly men who wanted to start getting better matches. It’s all about your photos and having great photos will set you a part from the others. I saw it first hand that I was always doing better than my friends because I had great photos on my online dating profiles. And a great photo is more than just a headshot. It’s capturing the lifestyle. Wardrobe is important, attitude is important, and having someone who know’s what to look for is important. I can help with all of these details when it comes to getting the perfect set of photos for your online dating profile in Austin, TX. I’ve worked with dating coaches around the world to help their clients get the look they want and to boost their profiles in a way that get’s them the partner of their dreams. TIME TO CRUSH YOUR PROFILE

You wouldn’t believe how many men (and women) just don’t have great photos of themselves. The majority of men and women I work with have pictures with their exes, bathroom selfies, or group photos with their friends at a restaurant or club with glowing eyeballs and blurry faces. Men just don’t have great online dating photos to use and it’s becoming more and more important as online dating takes off. Let me rephrase that. It’s already taken off. It’s here. It’s the new norm. Whether you like it or not, it’s how people are meeting each other. Tinder profiles, Bumble, personal branding websites, and other online dating profiles are the way people are getting found and having a high-end professional photo says a lot about who you are and the importance of attracting the right energy.

ONLINE DATING IS HOW PEOPLE ARE MEETING

I’ve never been great at picking up women in a bar or grocery store or whatever it may be. I’m introverted and being smooth in the moment is not my forte. I also don’t want to be out at the bars trying to meeting women all the time. So in a sense, online dating has made things much easier for guys (and gals) like me to meet people. You can also do it from the comfort of your couch watching Netflix and swiping left and right. But that means people are seeing hundreds of options in any given week and standing out is harder than ever. Investing in your online dating profile and having high quality photos is the most important thing you can do if you are serious about meeting a partner.

“Tim is hands-down the best photographer I’ve worked with, so if you’re in the market for high-quality photos there’s no need to keep looking. We live in a digital world, and Tim absolutely took my digital presence to the next level. He effortlessly balances being personable and professional, making you feel like you’re just catching up with an old friend who happens to be a maverick with the lens. It’s hard not to be comfortable in front of the camera given how cool and collected Tim is behind it. Scheduling was a breeze, the shoot was a blast, and Tim turned around a stunning library faster than I’ve known any other photographer to do. Tim is truly a world class photographer and an incredibly down-to-earth guy, and I look forward to working with him again in the future.”

TIPS FOR A SUCCESSFUL PHOTOSHOOT

  • Update your wardrobe (I can help) and don’t bring wrinkled clothes. If they are new, wash them first so they look a little worn.

  • Again, WARDROBE. I cannot stress enough how important wardrobe is to having a successful shoot. Go to Nordstrom and have the women help you pick out a few good shirts. One or two pairs of pants should do.

  • Get a haircut 3-4 days prior to the shoot.

  • If you have a beard, keep it trimmed and not shaggy, unless that is your look.

  • Work out the day of the shoot. Trust me. It will get the blood flowing and you’ll feel more confident for the shoot.

  • Don’t eat. You’ll feel sluggish and tired. Save if for afterwards.

  • If you drink, have a shot to loosen you up. I’ll have one with you.

  • Practice your smile and your fake laugh. You’ll feel silly and that’s what we want.

YOUR PHOTOGRAPHER

I am a Denver based photographer expanding my services to Austin, TX! Three years ago, I quit my $80K a year job in corporate finance to pursue a more creative and fulfilling life and now I get to work with people and companies who are doing amazing things and carving out their own place in this world. The outdoors is what first drew me into photography, shooting landscapes, mountain biking, rock climbing, and anything else that caught my eye. But my career in finance slowly ate away at my soul and photography took a back seat while I attempted to climb the corporate ladder.

So in 2016, I went from a Fortune 500 company to running my own business, shooting everything from tinder headshots, families, weddings, NBA players, corporate executives, and 80's cover bands. I truly love what I do and am so lucky I get to call myself a photographer.
