All your photos will be professionally edited, including my signature color correction process. This ensures that your gallery is consistent and of professional quality.

COMPLIMENTARY NEXT-DAY HIGHLIGHTS
If you require press images quickly, I can provide a few highlight images within 24 hours of your event. This service is available upon request only and at no additional charge. -
DIGITAL DOWNLOAD
Your final images will be delivered in a beautifully curated online gallery, where you can download all of your high-resolution images. Additionally, I can also send your photos via Google Drive or Dropbox. -
COMPLETE NEXT-DAY TURNAROUND AVAILABLE
If you require your full gallery of images quickly, I can provide a complete next-day turnaround for an additional charge. Be sure to let me know during the planning phase, so I can prepare accordingly.

We’ll set up a time to discuss all of your event details, key moments, important guests, etc to make sure we’re on the same page. -

I'll send over a formal quote and we can get any necessary contracts and agreements signed. Details of deposit and final invoice will be discussed. -
TAKE AMAZING IMAGES
It’s time for the big day! And we’ll make sure we have everything lined up so that you can relax and know that it's all taken care of. -
CURATE & DELIVER
After the event, I’ll begin to organize and curate your gallery of images and will begin my signature editing and color correction process. Your photos will be delivered within one week of the event, often times sooner! Highlights can be delivered within 24 hours upon request.

I photograph all types of events from corporate award ceremonies, sales kickoffs, fundraising galas, corporate retreats, conferences, and more.
DO YOU TRAVEL OUTSIDE OF THE DENVER AREA?
Yes! I love to travel and have photographed events in San Francisco, Austin, Seattle, Los Angeles, Aspen, Vail, Breckenridge, and more.
WHO WILL BE MY PHOTOGRAPHER?
Me! When you hire Tim Gillies Photography for your event, you hire me, Tim Gillies.
CAN I GET TWO PHOTOGRAPHERS FOR MY EVENT?
Yes. A second photographer is $200/hr and can be helpful for events with several hundred guests.
DO YOU OFFER VIDEOGRAPHY?
Not directly with me but I have relationships with videographers.
ARE THE PHOTOS MINE AND CAN I SHARE THEM?
Yes! The photos are yours to use and you have unlimited rights to them. My contract states that the full copyright remains with the creator (me) as defined by copyright law, but I extend unlimited usage rights to you, the user and you can use them on websites, social media, and other promotional mediums.
DO YOU REQUIRE A DEPOSIT?
Yes. Typically a $500 deposit is due at time of booking.
WHEN IS PAYMENT DUE?
I will typically invoice the day after the event and it is due upon receipt unless otherwise discussed.

Hey, I’m Tim. In 2016, I told my boss I was leaving my safe, $80K/year finance job to live a more creative and fulfilling life. I went from a Fortune 500 company to running my own business, shooting everything from Tinder headshots, high school senior photos, family portraits, weddings, NBA & NHL players, corporate executives, fitness instructors, and 80's cover bands. I truly love what I do and am so lucky I get to call myself a photographer.
As a Denver event photographer, capturing the beauty and essence of people is my passion. Whether it's individual portraits, family photos, or couples' shoots, I take pride in creating stunning and memorable images that will be cherished for years to come.
