I have been doing test shoots with World Management modeling agency in Denver. They are based in Canada and are trying to grow their presence in Denver. I’ve done about twelve test shoots in Denver with them and their models and they are always fun.
The purpose of test shoots are for the model to build his/her portfolio with images that best show off her talent and looks. I work with World Management to get their new models their initial photos that will go into their portfolio for potential clients to view. Usually, the agency wants something fairly natural and not overdone.
Tia has done some modeling before so she was a pro and made my job easy! With test shoots, you never know quite how much experience the model is going to have so sometimes they can be a lot of work teaching them how to pose and move naturally. When I’m doing model test shoots in Denver, I always shoot at my studio, RAW Photographic. It is a professional studio and has everything you would need for model test shoots.
